Instructions

  1. If you would like to change your password, click the "CHANGE PASSWORD" link in the window. Provide your TNC email, your current password, and the new password (twice).
  2. If you have forgotten your password and want to reset it, click the "RESET PASSWORD" link in the window. On screen #1, provide the email address for your TNC account and hit the "Send Request" button. After you submit, a code will be sent to your mobile phone. On screen #2, enter the code to reset your password in the Enter Security Code box. Click the "Validate" button. On screen #3 enter your new password twice and hit the "Reset" button. NOTE: You must add your mobile phone number to your CONNECT profile to use this option.
