If you would like to change your password, click the "CHANGE PASSWORD" link in the window. Provide your TNC email, then your current password. After multifactor authentication, you will be asked to enter your old password and your new password twice.
If you have forgotten your password and want to reset it, click the "RESET PASSWORD" link in the window. On the first page, provide the email address for your TNC account and the characters in the picture or words in audio, and click the "Next" button. On the next 2 pages, you will be asked to verify your identity via multifactor authentication using methods that you have set up. On the 3rd page, you can set your new password by entering it twice.
